I am Tyler Dumaine, a REALTOR® with the Hall Cassie Marshall Group at Sotheby's International Realty Canada, working in Lake Country and Oyama, BC.
Buying or selling here turns on what a listing does not show: the zoning, the water, the septic and the road in. I was born and raised in the Okanagan, and that is where I start with every property.
I look at land with an eye for what it could become, from a single lot to a development. I work with buyers, sellers and investors, and before I became a licensed REALTOR® more than six years ago I spent over 18 years in sales management.
I live on a small hobby farm with my wife, Samantha, our four young children and a few horses. When I am not working I am golfing, out on the lake with my family or looking after the animals at home.

A new home starts with the lot and the builder. The project in hand today is Tyndall Bench, and I list its lots.
Tyndall Bench is the Hall Cassie Marshall Group's lakeview community above Okanagan Lake, next to Lakestone, with 26 homesites in phase 1.
