The middle asking price of a house was $1,349,000, across 19 houses. The middle asking price of a lot or acreage was $837,500.
By area, the count was Winfield 47 (middle house asking price $1,437,000 across 6), Okanagan Centre and Carr's Landing 6 and Oyama 24 (middle house asking price $1,750,000 across 10). The feed does not tell Okanagan Centre from Carr's Landing, so the two are counted together.
